At WaveeBar, we take great care to deliver products that meet the highest standards of quality and hygiene. Since our products are personal-use items, we only accept returns or exchanges under specific conditions mentioned below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns or replacements only in the following cases:
- You received the wrong product.
- The product was damaged or defective when delivered.
For a return to be accepted, you must provide a clear unboxing video showing:
- The parcel being opened (from the sealed package).
- The product inside, clearly showing the issue or damage.
- The invoice or order ID visible in the video.
Without this video proof, we will not be able to process your return request.
2. Conditions for Return
- The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- You must raise the return request within 24 hours of delivery by emailing us at support@waveebar.com with the unboxing video and order details.
- Returns requested after 24 hours or without proper proof will not be accepted.
- Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or customer negligence are not eligible for return or refund.
3. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Used or opened products.
- Products without original packaging.
- Items returned without unboxing video proof.
- Items purchased during sale or promotional offers unless received damaged or incorrect.
4. Refunds
Once your return is approved and the item is received and inspected by our team:
- A refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- In case of prepaid orders, only the product amount will be refunded (shipping charges are non-refundable).
- For COD orders, we may request your bank details for NEFT/UPI refund.
5. Replacement Policy
If the product is verified as damaged or incorrect, we’ll send you a replacement of the same item at no extra cost.
If the item is out of stock, you may choose between a refund or replacement with another product of equal value.
6. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
- Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
- If you refuse delivery, a restocking fee and return shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.
