Return & Refund Policy

At WaveeBar, we take great care to deliver products that meet the highest standards of quality and hygiene. Since our products are personal-use items, we only accept returns or exchanges under specific conditions mentioned below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns or replacements only in the following cases:

  • You received the wrong product.
  • The product was damaged or defective when delivered.

For a return to be accepted, you must provide a clear unboxing video showing:

  1. The parcel being opened (from the sealed package).
  2. The product inside, clearly showing the issue or damage.
  3. The invoice or order ID visible in the video.

Without this video proof, we will not be able to process your return request.

2. Conditions for Return

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • You must raise the return request within 24 hours of delivery by emailing us at support@waveebar.com with the unboxing video and order details.
  • Returns requested after 24 hours or without proper proof will not be accepted.
  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or customer negligence are not eligible for return or refund.

3. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used or opened products.
  • Products without original packaging.
  • Items returned without unboxing video proof.
  • Items purchased during sale or promotional offers unless received damaged or incorrect.

4. Refunds

Once your return is approved and the item is received and inspected by our team:

  • A refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • In case of prepaid orders, only the product amount will be refunded (shipping charges are non-refundable).
  • For COD orders, we may request your bank details for NEFT/UPI refund.

5. Replacement Policy

If the product is verified as damaged or incorrect, we’ll send you a replacement of the same item at no extra cost.
If the item is out of stock, you may choose between a refund or replacement with another product of equal value.

6. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
  • If you refuse delivery, a restocking fee and return shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.
